The Recruitment Procedure At A Glance
From the first step of sourcing qualified candidates, advertising job requirements, pre-screening and shortlisting candidates by our experienced and qualified personnel, to the final interview conducted by BEI and our principals – We shall ensure a competitive edge in efficiency and quality of operations.
Once selected, candidates are ensured to be medically fit by undergoing medical exams to accredited medical clinics approved by the Philippine Government and the Department of Health (DOH). Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), and Embassy clearances are also secured by Benchstone Enterprises, Inc..
A Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) is conducted by certified PDOS centers to ensure the preparedness of hired candidates. BEI will also take care of final arrangements such as flight bookings and departure from the airport.

Profile and Position Brief
Benchstone Enterprises, Inc. (BEI) works with your company to understand your specific needs and to offer advice.
Accreditation of Documents
The Employer shall submit official documents consisting of the Special Power of Attorney (SPA), Recruitment Agreement, Manpower Request, Visa copy and Commercial Registration among others to the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) for accreditation.
Sourcing and Screening of Candidates
We assess candidates based on the Employer’s criteria or qualifications to determine the candidate’s capabilities and suitability for each role.
We conduct in-depth reference checks to verify the accuracy of the candidate’s resume, particularly their employment history.
Employer’s Interview and Selection
We arrange face-to-face or online interviews between the employer and the candidates so that you may assess their suitability for the specific role.
Signing of Job Offer
The Employer will send job offer to the selected candidates for signing and acceptance.
Selected candidates are referred to accredited medical clinics for physical and psychological examination to ensure that they are fit to work.
Candidates are subjected to series of tests to assess their skills and techniques, based on the requirements of the employer.
Depending on the host country’s visa procedure, work permits are either sent to us and/or applied in the corresponding embassy for visa stamping.
Attend the Mandatory Government Seminars
Applicants attend the Pre-departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) to equip them with more knowledge on the host country’s culture and customs.
Processing of Exit Documents
We process the worker’s Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) through the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) E-Submission System.
We conduct final briefing to our departing workers, instilling in their minds their duties and responsibilities towards their employers and families.
Departure of workers to their country of destination.
We monitor the workers’ condition to ensure that their contracts are being properly enforced and to check on their well-being.
